NO	BOLDNESS
Class I	Normal healthy patient with a localized proses
Class II	Patient with mild to moderate systemic disease
Class III	Patient with systemic disease, limiting activity but not incapacitiating
Class IV	Patient with severe incapacitiating systemic disease that is a constant threat of life
Class V	Moribund patient not expexted to survive 24 hours without surgery
Class V(E)	Emergency operation the symbol Eis appended to the appropriate classification
